Ingredients:

Curcumin (from turmeric) 400mg, bromelain 1000 GDU (pineapple stem) 60mg and lecithin (20% Phosphatidylcholine) 125mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule.

Directions:

Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times per day away from food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For prolonged use, consult a healthcare practitioner.

Cautions:

Contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Caution advised before surgery.
