• Saw palmetto and stinging nettles are used in herbal medicine to help relieve urologic symptoms associated with mild and moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia

Ingredients:

Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) 4:1 berry extract 320 mg equivalent to 1,280 mg of saw palmetto
Nettle (Urtica dioica) 10:1 root and rhizome extract 100 mg equivalent to 1,000 mg of nettle
Glycine 50 mg
L- Alanine 50 mg
L-Glutamic Acid 50 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI) 10 mg
Zinc (zinc citrate) 7.5 mg
Lycopene 2 mg
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 5 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate (vegetable).

Directions:

Adults (Male): Take 1 tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
