Ingredients:

(Chlorophyllin copper complex sodium) 69 mg

Directions:

Adults: add 1 Tbsp (15 ml) to one-half glass of water. Rinse mouth thoroughly. May also be used as a gargle if desired. Use 2 to 4 times per day. Adults: drink 1 Tbsp (15 ml) in a glass of water or juice 2 to 4 times per day.

Cautions:

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If cramps or diarrhea occurs, reduce the dosage. If symptoms persist consult a health care practitioner. Known adverse reactions: May cause urine discolouration.
