Children 1–12 years: MIX POWDER WITH FOOD BEFORE INGESTING. Dissolve dose in a small amount of water before administration to children 1–5 years old. For best results, mix 2 rounded scoops daily with cold, fatty food (yogurt, ice cream, nut butter, hummus, etc.) or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Serve immediately. If you are taking antibiotics, take this product at least 2–3 hours before or after them.
