Directions:
Dosage for Adults and Children 12+:
Take 2 IMODIUM Quick-Dissolve tablets initially and 1 tablet every time you have a loose bowel movement, to a maximum of 8 tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Stop use if you have a solid or hard stool or if you go for 24 hours without a bowel movement.
IMODIUM products are not recommended for children under 12 years of age except on the advice of a doctor.
Cautions:
Taking more than directed can cause serious heart problems or death. Do not use if you have a bloody or black stool, fever, constipation, abdominal pain, swollen abdomen, ulcer, a bacterial infection in your bowel, a rash or allergic reaction to loperamide hydrochloride or any other ingredient in this product, in children under 12 years of age, except on the advice of a doctor.
