Ingredients:

Chamomile flower (68%), fennel seed (bitter fennel seed, sweet fennel seed), licorice root, manuka honey flavour (3.5%), vanilla pod (2%) and vanilla flavour (1.5%).

Directions:

Bring these incredible herbs alive by infusing in freshly boiled water for at least 3-5 minutes. Delicious with or without milk.
